Project Manager - Retail Fit Out & Refurbishment
Location: Canterbury (Projects across London, Kent & Surrounding Areas)
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Package

Hill McGlynn Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established retail fit out and refurbishment contractor to recruit an experienced Project Manager, based out of Canterbury and delivering projects across London, Kent, and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Project Manager to join a reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of work and long-term career prospects.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple retail fit out and refurbishment projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing multiple retail fit out and refurbishment projects simultaneously
- Overseeing programmes, budgets, and project delivery
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are maintained
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Managing variations, progress reporting, and project documentation
- Driving projects through to successful completion and handover
About You
- Minimum 1 year's experience as a Project Manager within the retail fit out and refurbishment sector (essential)
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects concurrently
- Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
- Computer literate - the role will be using a variety of systems and automations
- Good commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
- Full UK driving licence
