Project Manager

Location: London

Contract: 12 months

Working Model: On-site London

Rate: £370 - 508 a day depending on experience


Join a high-performing Launch & Expansion team as a Project Manager responsible for designing, developing, and optimising one of the most complex delivery networks in Europe. This group drives strategic growth through innovative infrastructure solutions, capacity planning, and data-driven decision-making.

You’ll be part of a team that shapes the future of delivery operations - building new sites, upgrading existing facilities, improving operational performance, and enabling sustainable long-term growth.

The Role

We are hiring multiple Project Manager’s at different levels to lead infrastructure and optimisation projects across the UK and Ireland. These roles sit at the heart of physical network expansion and require strong ownership, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to deliver complex projects end-to-end.

You will manage a portfolio of projects, ranging from warehouse retrofits and office upgrades to strategic capacity initiatives and EV-ready fleet infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager

  • Lead and deliver a portfolio of infrastructure and optimisation projects across the region
  • Manage upgrades to existing sites, including office spaces, operational areas, and building infrastructure
  • Partner with engineering, design & construction, operations, finance, and real estate teams
  • Develop business cases and strategy documents for senior leadership approval
  • Coordinate permitting and compliance with local authorities
  • Drive standardisation, repeatable processes, and automation across project workflows
  • Use data and metrics to define requirements, measure performance, and identify improvements
  • Ensure seamless handover to operations teams at project completion
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including director-level executives

Required Skills & Experience

  • Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
  • Experience managing multiple projects end-to-end
  • Strong data interpretation and decision-making
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
  • Proven program/project management experience
  • Experience defining program requirements and using metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes, automation, or standardisation
  • Bachelor’s degree
