Xquisite Productions | Merstham, Surrey | Full-time

About Xquisite Productions

Xquisite Productions is a leading event production and creative brand experience company, delivering unforgettable live events, immersive experiences, product launches, exhibition stands, retail displays, and brand activations across the UK and beyond. From our 35,000 sq ft state-of-the-art premises in Surrey, we create bold, high-end environments and experiences with in-house design, technical expertise, and fabrication, enabling complete control over quality, schedule and delivery. We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team and help deliver world-class projects.

The Role

Our in-house Project Management team are experts in technical event production and act as the key link between our clients, creative team, and workshop. You’ll be the first point of contact and the “eyes and ears” on projects — ensuring everything stays on track from initial briefing through to completion. This is a role for someone who can combine structure, communication and production confidence — managing timelines, budgets and people while supporting outstanding creative delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
