The Role
As a Project Manager at Kilnbridge, you'll take ownership of a significant package of works at Old Oak Common Station, one of the UK's largest and most ambitious rail infrastructure projects. Leading multidisciplinary teams, you'll be responsible for delivering works safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with Project Directors, Construction Managers, Engineers and Commercial teams, you'll oversee all aspects of project delivery, manage key client relationships and drive operational excellence across a complex and nationally significant scheme.

What You'll Do
- Lead the safe and successful delivery of major construction and infrastructure projects from mobilisation through to completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and project stakeholders, building strong and collaborative relationships.
- Manage project teams, ensuring the right structure, skills and resources are in place to achieve successful outcomes.
- Oversee project programmes, monitoring progress and driving performance against key milestones.
- Champion a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with company procedures, industry regulations and safe systems of work.
- Support the development and implementation of Construction Phase Plans, Quality Plans and Environmental Management Plans.
- Manage project budgets, resources and labour requirements to optimise project performance and value.
- Identify project risks, opportunities and variations, working closely with Commercial teams to protect project outcomes.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, designers and engineering teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
- Promote innovation, continuous improvement and best practice across projects and teams.
- Prepare and present project updates, progress reports and forecasts to clients and senior leadership.
- Support the development, coaching and mentoring of Construction Managers, Engineers and future project leaders.

What You'll Need
- Significant experience in a Project Manager role within the construction, engineering or infrastructure sectors, including responsibility for high-value projects.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and successfully manage complex project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles and industry best practice.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop others.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets, resources and risk.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to represent the business at all levels.
- Experience managing programmes, project reporting and performance monitoring.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to remain calm and make effective decisions under pressure.
- CSCS Card (relevant type).
- Professional membership is advantageous, but strong leadership capability and proven project delivery experience are equally valued.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools.
