A leading construction and property consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team in Leeds. This opportunity would suit a Building Surveyor looking to focus more heavily on project delivery, or an established Project Manager with a strong Building Surveying background. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a range of refurbishment, capital works, and infrastructure projects across both public and private sector clients.

Experience administering NEC contracts is essential, with exposure to JCT contracts considered advantageous.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the delivery of construction and property projects from inception to completion.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Administering and managing NEC contracts throughout project delivery.
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary design and project teams.
  • Managing project programmes, budgets, and risks.
  • Monitoring contractor performance and project progress.
  • Undertaking site inspections and attending project meetings.
  • Preparing project reports and providing regular client updates.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Supporting business development activities and maintaining strong client relationships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
