Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Project Manager, French speaker to join our ever-evolving sales team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What You’ll Own
Your objective is to ensure that each project is as successful and satisfying for the customer as possible, and revenue is generated as quickly as possible. You are the central go-to resource for all internal colleagues and external customers, participating in customer meetings with the commercial team and communicating with key internal stakeholders.
- You will manage several customer projects at any time, delivering activity right first time, every time.
- You will translate a scope of work into a project plan containing milestones, deliverables, dependencies, critical path, and RACI for activities to be carried out to successfully achieve the agreed objective.
- You will also support the continuous improvement of the onboarding process by acting as voice of the customer.

What You’ll Bring
- Fluent French speaker is essential
- You will accurately manage projects using clear and well maintained project plans from inception through to live, managing all internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and seamless start to the customers’ Worldpay relationship
- Hold weekly project management calls with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Work in partnership with the customer Project Manager, agreeing joint actions, tasks and timelines
- Provide regular updates to the commercial team and leaders on project status, flagging risks and escalations
- Conduct retrospective assessments of your projects at their conclusion
- Contribute to our central risk register & lessons learned log
- French and English language
