Location: North West/ Midlands (Site-based)
Are you an experienced construction leader ready to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery that meets quality, safety, cost and programme objectives? We're seeking a proactive and commercially aware Project Manager to lead a range of built environment projects, working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes. About The Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of allocated construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You'll develop and manage comprehensive plans, coordinate delivery teams, and maintain excellent communication with clients and sub-contractors throughout.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and manage project plans including Construction Phase Health & Safety Plans, Quality Plans and Environmental Plans.
- Ensure health, safety, quality and welfare standards are maintained on project sites.
- Lead project meetings (e.g., tender interviews, design coordination, progress reviews) and track actions and milestones.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and project teams to ensure all work aligns with specifications and programme requirements.
- Oversee project programmes, schedules and resource allocation to drive successful delivery.
- Maintain project documentation, risk registers, site records and reporting systems.
- Identify operational and commercial risks and collaborate with teams to maintain financial control.

Who You Are
We're Looking For Someone Who Brings
- Significant experience in construction project management with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, health & safety regulations and contract administration.
- Excellent leadership, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage projects within programme and budget.
- Familiarity with project planning tools and systems.
- Professional qualifications in construction management (e.g., CIOB, RICS) and relevant certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS) are desirable.
