We're partnering with one of the world's leading digital entertainment businesses to find a Project Manager for their Business Enablement function. This is a high-impact role where you'll work across multiple teams, driving key projects and initiatives that help the organisation operate more effectively and scale successfully.
You'll be responsible for leading projects from inception through to delivery, creating clear plans, coordinating stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring everyone is moving towards a shared outcome. Whether it's operational improvements, workplace initiatives, or broader cross-functional programmes, you'll be at the centre of making things happen.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across a range of business-critical initiatives.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and governance structures.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to drive alignment and successful outcomes.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers before they impact delivery.
- Provide clear project reporting and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
- Create clarity and momentum in complex or evolving environments.
- Foster a collaborative culture while driving accountability and delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing projects or programmes involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Exceptional organisation, planning, and prioritisation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to complex projects.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience establishing governance, reporting processes, and project management best practices.
