Role - Project Manager
Hire Type - Contract
Location: Sheffield
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day onboarding support and operational coordination activities
- Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding migration and platform access requests
- Monitor and manage support channels responding to user queries and coordinating issue resolution
- Gather, analyze and document onboarding requirements use cases data needs and governance requirements
- Conduct requirement discovery sessions and translate business needs into actionable requirements
- Track, manage and resolve onboarding issues defects and dependencies across multiple teams
- Coordinate with engineering platform operations and support teams to drive issue resolution
- Maintain onboarding progress SLAs aging reports blockers and delivery status updates
- Provide regular communication status reports and stakeholder updates
- Manage RAID (Risks Assumptions Issues Dependencies) and ensure timely escalation where required
- Support Agile delivery practices including backlog management sprint activities and stakeholder reviews
- Create and maintain onboarding documentation FAQs playbooks templates and knowledge articles
- Develop dashboards reports and operational KPIs to track onboarding performance
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support feature enhancement initiatives and requirement gathering activities for platform capabilities

To be successful in this role you should have
- 5 years of Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience
- Experience delivering software products and projects in complex enterprise environments
- Strong onboarding coordination operational support and service management experience
- Excellent requirements gathering business analysis and requirements engineering skills
- Experience creating user stories process flows acceptance criteria and project documentation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing RAID logs dependencies risks and escalations
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage requests from intake through closure
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and ceremonies
- Strong JIRA skills including backlog management dashboards and workflow tracking
- Strong Confluence documentation and knowledge management skills
- Experience building operational reports dashboards KPIs and SLA metrics
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment
- Strong workshop facilitation action tracking and coordination skills
- Understanding of governance risk security and compliance controls is beneficial
- Basic knowledge of AIML concepts cloud platforms and access management is desirable
