Ready to take your project management career further?

Are you a Project Manager with a strong Building Surveying background who wants more than just another project list?

This is an opportunity to join an established and growing consultancy in Plymouth, where you'll have genuine ownership of projects, direct client exposure and the chance to work across some technically interesting schemes.

From major refurbishments and new-build developments to heritage projects and complex project recoveries, no two projects are likely to look the same.

The Opportunity

The consultancy is continuing to grow its project delivery team and is looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join them.

You'll work closely with experienced Directors and Senior Surveyors, taking responsibility for a varied portfolio across:

  • Residential developments
  • Commercial property
  • Healthcare
  • Heritage and conservation
  • Public sector programmes

You'll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from early feasibility and due diligence through to procurement, construction and completion.

There's also the opportunity to get involved with challenging or distressed projects, helping clients navigate issues and get schemes back on track.

What You'll Be Doing as a Project Manager:

You'll take ownership of your projects and act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
