For our National role, we are looking for a:
Project Manager
Location: National
The Role:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead our project delivery function. As Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind successful project execution, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. You will coordinate with internal teams, external clients, and branch offices to deliver exceptional results. This is a key position that will work with Sales, Solution Engineers, and Foreman’s.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project plans with clear objectives, tasks, deadlines, and resource allocation
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing timely resolutions
- Monitor project progress actively and take corrective action when necessary
- Manage project budgets, advise on cost calculations, and report financial performance to management
- Ensure quality assurance through appropriate monitoring and evaluation
- Produce regular progress reports for management and stakeholders
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and supervise project teams with professionalism and support
- Support and develop staff, fostering a collaborative working environment
- Schedule and allocate work activities to maximize efficiency and resource utilization
- Provide training and mentoring to team members
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders to align expectations
- Coordinate with temporary branch offices, Sales teams, and departmental leaders
- Ensure clear, consistent communication across all project phases
Continuous Improvement
- Identify and address structural bottlenecks in processes and systems
- Implement process and project improvements to enhance customer value
- Conduct post-project evaluations to establish best practices and lessons learned
- Focus on reducing working capital and improving productivity

About You
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (Desirable)
- IPMA or Prince2 certification (Desirable)
- Strong business experience in a comparable project management role
- Preferably experience in rental industries or turnaround activities
- Knowledge of Power and/or Fluid products and rental solutions is a plus
- Experience with matrix organizations and Lean or Six Sigma projects is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety with ability to complete comprehensive Site RAMS
- Valid driver’s license
Essential Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent project management, organizational, and planning skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (fluent in local language and English)
- Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels in a multicultural environment
- Strong service attitude with a no-nonsense, action-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent computer skills
- Good training and presentation abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
- Strong safety awareness and environmental responsibility
