Summary

The Regulatory Alignment Project aims to assess and align applicable branches and regions with incoming operational resilience regulatory requirements. Its primary goal is to provide a structured view of the firm's current capabilities against regulatory expectations, specifically focusing on operational incident management and third-party reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver overall oversight and governance coordination for the project.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure milestones are met.
  • Conduct detailed process mapping and requirements gathering.
  • Perform gap analysis against relevant regulatory expectations.
  • Produce a formal gap analysis identifying areas of non-compliance.
  • Define target state for regulatory reporting and standardised incident requirements.
  • Create a prioritised remediation plan and delivery roadmap.
  • Allocate roles and responsibilities clearly for regulatory reporting.
  • Prepare supporting documentation and artefacts including process maps and governance structures.
  • Provide regular governance reporting to senior management on progress and risks.

Must Haves

  • Experience as a Project Manager in regulatory compliance projects.
  • Strong knowledge of operational resilience regulations.
  • Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagement and governance processes.
