Project Manager

Belfast based (hybrid – 1–2 days in person on site per week)

Your Role

  • Supporting the Programme Director in the day-to-day management of a major Oracle Fusion implementation.
  • Managing project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinating across workstreams and stakeholders within a public sector environment.
  • Tracking progress, reporting status, and helping resolve issues as they arise.
  • Ensuring governance, documentation, and reporting standards are maintained.

You Will Need

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within large-scale Oracle implementation / transformation programmes.
  • Must have supported 2+ previous successful deliveries.
  • Public sector delivery experience desirable, as is PMP/Prince or similar formal PM accreditation.
  • Must have strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working as PM capacity within a structured programme team, with near and far shore delivery teams
