Project Manager
Location: Oxford - Hybrid / Site-Based as Required
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the successful delivery of projects and work packages within a complex engineering and infrastructure environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from planning through to delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of projects and work packages from initiation through to completion.
- Manage project programmes, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder relationships.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers, and technical specialists.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular progress updates and reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Manage project finances, including forecasting, expenditure, and cost control against approved budgets.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and support procurement activities and manage supplier and contractor relationships.
- Manage contracts and monitor supplier performance against agreed requirements.
- Support project governance, assurance reviews, and reporting processes.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across all project disciplines.

- Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction, infrastructure, engineering, energy, nuclear, utilities, or a similar environment.
- Demonstrable experience managing project budgets, costs, and financial performance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience managing project risks, programmes, schedules, and delivery milestones.
- Good understanding of contract management and procurement processes.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
