Project Manager | Up to £65,000 | Oxfordshire
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to further their career within the security industry. You will be responsible for managing installation and upgrade projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage security system installation and upgrade projects involving multiple technologies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Oversee and coordinate engineers and subcontractors on site.
- Support with the installation of security systems when required.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and timesheet records.
- Ensure all installations meet company and industry quality standards.
- Uphold health and safety requirements and conduct site audits as necessary.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service delivery.
- Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development activities.

- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the electronic security industry.
- Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV (IP and analogue), intruder alarms, and fire alarm systems.
- Understanding of relevant industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Ability to interpret and work to project programmes and schedules.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good Microsoft 365 and general IT skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- ECS (CSCS) card.
Desirable Requirements
- SMSTS qualification or willingness to work towards it.
- PRINCE2 qualification or willingness to undertake training.
- Experience identifying and implementing innovative, cost-effective technical solutions.
- Knowledge of integrated security systems and large-scale installation projects.

Location & Work Pattern
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
- Site-based role with travel to customer locations as required.
