About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the transition approximately 1,100 data wrangling flows from an existing data platform (Trifacta) hosted on premise to a new cloud based platform. The migration will be delivered in three waves and must be completed by end of year as the existing product is out of support. You will report to the Programme Director and collaborate with various teams, ensuring the completion of the migration in three waves.

Key responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the integrated migration plan and coordinate all delivery activities.
- Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans for all client teams.
- Ensure client teams are informed and supported throughout the migration.
- Lead programme governance, including status reporting, milestones and executive updates.
- Maintain the RAID log and drive resolution of risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
- Monitor progress and report on programme health and delivery risks.
- Facilitate cross-functional accountability and resolve delivery blockers.

Role requirements:
- Proven experience in leading significant migration or transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Proactive approach in identifying and resolving risks and challenges.
- Knowledge of data migration methodologies and governance frameworks.
