Join Harrods Creative Studio as a Project Manager

Driving the delivery of innovative brand partnership campaigns across multiple channels while shaping processes that enhance creativity, efficiency, and commercial success.

About the Role

As a Project Manager within our Creative Studio team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of paid brand partnership campaigns that support both Harrods' strategic objectives and those of our brand partners. Working closely with Partnerships and Marketing teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standards. Acting as a key liaison across departments, you will champion collaboration, streamline workflows, and identify opportunities to continuously improve processes that drive exceptional results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all Partnerships project briefs, ensuring objectives, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined.
  • Managing complex multi-channel campaigns from brief through to delivery, including concept development, creative production, approvals, and budget oversight.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and serving as the link between Partnerships, Creative Studio, and channel teams.
  • Leading project meetings, maintaining project schedules, and optimizing workflows across multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and project outcomes across the department.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
