Reporting To

Digital Health Manager, UK

Reporting to the Digital Health Manager, you will work with the Regional Account Managers, Service Engineers, and Clinical Applications Specialists to provide project management leadership for large patient monitoring life support (PMLS) projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and successful delivery of large projects to the customer’s requirements.

Also working across the whole sales cycle, you will offer project management, workflow, connectivity, and professional expertise to enhance our sales value proposition, helping to articulate our solutions to customers and build their confidence in our ability to deliver turn-key projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead Project Manager for complex projects in the area of PMLS, coordinating post-sale implementations encompassing workflow optimisation, EMR/IT connectivity options, installation, and clinical training.
  • Be the go-to person for complex projects and opportunities to drive Mindray’s project management and IT capabilities.
  • Function well within a team selling/project environment, consulting effectively with customers to build the optimum solution delivery for their needs.
  • Coordinate and command meetings and communications with clinical engineers, IT professionals, and clinicians to define project plans, resources, and timescales.
  • Interact at a high level in terms of technical capabilities with both end-user customers and EMR partners.
  • Be involved in smaller projects in an advisory capacity where a level of project management/IT/EMR knowledge and understanding is needed to continue to move the opportunity forward toward close.
  • Show a clear understanding of customer’s network capabilities and IT infrastructure that will interact with our devices. In addition, you will need to understand the thick/thin client environment of our customers and our various connectivity options with EMR/third party partners, ensuring end-user connectivity requirements and workflows are effectively converted to EMR connectivity workflows and interfaces.
  • Work closely with the service organisation to ensure the requirements are clearly communicated and understood and that Mindray can deliver on those requirements prior to receiving an order.
  • Exercise independent decision making with minimal management support.
  • Correspond both verbally and via written format with a high degree of professionalism with end user customers, technical partners, and internal team mates.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
