Job opportunity for Project Manager (Pega Insurance) based in Stratford upon Avon, UK - Permanent/Contract
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Project Manager to lead the delivery and implementation of the Pega Underwriting for our client in the UK.
You will be responsible for executing the end-to-end implementation of a unified underwriting workbench using Pega technology, replacing or consolidating legacy applications.
You will manage the day-to-day activities with our Systems Integrator, coordinate closely with third-party software vendors (Pega), and manage internal business stakeholders. The ultimate goal is to streamline workflows, eliminate manual touchpoints, leverage predictive analytics, and equip our underwriters with a state-of-the-art platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of the Pega Underwriting system implementation from inception through to business-as-usual (BAU) transition, ensuring the project remains on schedule, within budget, and aligned with scope.
- Governance & Frameworks: Maintain robust project governance by adhering to our customers standards and preparing reporting metrics for senior leadership and steering committees.

Must Have Experience:
- Experience in delivering Pega in the insurance vertical
- 5+ years of Project Management
- Experience in delivering complex projects in large enterprises
