Project Manager - People & Culture
As Project Manager on our People & Culture (P&C) team, you'll bring structure, accountability and a human touch to the projects shaping Booksy's global team experience. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you'll help our P&C Leadership team break down silos and apply our resources with intention across our centres of excellence.
You'll own delivery of the P&C Roadmap: leading weekly reviews, facilitating status updates and gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement. Working across teams, you'll manage planning and budget processes, report to stakeholders inside and beyond P&C, and keep our global initiatives on course. It's less about managing tasks than keeping an eye on the bigger picture; helping the team thrive as we pursue efficiency gains and opportunities with AI.
This isn't a typical Project Manager role. We want someone who holds their own, challenges our P&C leadership and acts as a sounding board, and keeps our RACI model honest. If something's off track or blocked, you flag it, you don't wait to be asked. You're solution-oriented by default, generating ways to unblock rather than simply escalating.
It's important that you see ambiguity and significant change as exciting; not just for the team, but for your own career, as we redefine People initiatives in the AI era.
Requirements
Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role, you're going to need:
- A proven track record of delivering complex people projects on time and within scope, within a similar tech scale-up environment.
- A formal Project Management qualification, such as Prince 2.
- Familiarity with project management and communication tools, specifically Asana, Miro and Slack, you're also comfortable navigating AI tools like Gemini and Claude
- Experience managing budgets and a structured, detail-oriented approach to delivery
- The ability to context-switch quickly and juggle multiple timelines independently
- Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of stakeholders.
