Project Manager (Pharma)
Contract Length: 12 months
Daily Rate: £250.00 - £300.00 Umbrella
Location: Remote with travel
Our client, a prominent organisation in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage critical projects within their portfolio. This is a 12-month role, with a chance to extend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of pharmaceutical projects, ensuring they align with organisational goals.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, regulatory affairs, and commercial operations to drive project success.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the pharmaceutical sector, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.
- Experience rolling out health/pharma projects is required.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
