Key Requirements:

  • Strong Project Management experience delivering complex business and operational change within Wealth Management, Private Banking, Banking, or Financial Services.
  • Ownership of integrated delivery plans covering platform, operational, and business readiness.
  • Strong understanding of how business and operational requirements translate into technology/platform outcomes.
  • Ability to bridge Operations/Business and Technology/Platform teams.
  • Strong RAID, dependency, milestone, decision, and governance management.
  • Coordination across Proposition, Operations, Technology/Platforms, third parties, and Governance.
  • Senior stakeholder reporting, including status reporting, RAID summaries, decision logs, and escalations.
  • Operational/business readiness and launch planning.
  • Readiness checkpoints, acceptance criteria, cutover, and post-go-live support.
  • Experience with core banking, wealth platforms, CRM, client servicing, and/or workflow platforms.
  • Strong senior stakeholder management and the ability to drive delivery in a launch-critical environment.
  • Ideally 7+ years’ Project Management and Financial Services experience, alongside strong experience working with technology platforms.
