Project Manager – Prime Residential
SW London
£80,000 to £100,000 + Benefits
Premises Recruitment are working with an established Prime Residential main contractor delivering high-end refurbishment and fit out projects across London. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint either a Project Manager or Construction Manager to oversee a portfolio of Prime Residential projects.
Current projects you will oversee include:
- Chelsea & Kensington – £3.5m four-storey townhouse refurbishment with basement.
- Chelsea & Kensington – £2m townhouse refurbishment.
- West End – £3m luxury apartment fit out.
The Role
- Number one across these projects with a site manager on each site, taking responsibility for programme delivery and day-to-day site operations.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the highest standards.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships.
- Produce and manage look-ahead programmes and short-term project plans.
- Drive quality, programme, and health & safety performance across all sites.
- Work closely with directors and commercial teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Project Manager, Construction Manager, or Contracts Manager.
- Strong Prime or Super Prime Residential project experience.
- Proven ability to manage refurbishment and fit out projects.
- Good programme management and organisational skills.
- Thorough understanding of health & safety legislation and site management best practice.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
