Overview of role

Zodiac Maritime is delivering a strategic transformation of its Procurement capability through the implementation of a modern SaaS procurement platform. This programme will replace legacy procurement processes and establish a scalable, user-friendly solution that supports purchasing, supplier management and future operational growth.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of this critical programme and drive it through to successful delivery. Working alongside business stakeholders, software vendors and the Digital team, you'll be responsible for bringing structure, pace and clarity to a programme that is entering a crucial phase.

This role requires someone who is equally comfortable managing executive stakeholders, challenging delivery partners, coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining a relentless focus on business outcomes.

Project Objective

Deliver a modern Procurement platform that enables Zodiac Maritime to retire legacy procurement capabilities and establish a stable, scalable and business-ready procurement service.

Current Programme Priorities

The successful candidate will initially focus on:

  • Establishing a clear, realistic delivery roadmap.
  • Driving closure of agreed functional gaps.
  • Coordinating delivery across Zodiac and the software vendor.
  • Leading governance and executive reporting.
  • Supporting the business through testing, readiness and adoption.
  • Ensuring the programme for successful go-live and transition into Business-as-Usual

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
