We are pleased to be supporting a well-established and respected national Design and Project Management Consultancy with their current search for a skilled, highly organised, capable Office Manager/Project Co-Ordinator.

This is a central role for the organisation, supporting their Directors, Project Managers, and Designers.

Key to the success of the business are the excellent business relationships, established and maintained with clients, suppliers, and colleagues, alongside high quality, consistent service delivery.

A varied and responsible role, providing effective support of ongoing projects, ensuring streamlined, coherent, consistent company-wide processes, procedures, and information sharing. The smooth running of the office, its systems, and processes.

  • Proven competence in business use of software Outlook, Word, Advanced Excel, Acrobat, PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing and updating cloud storage, ensuring data and information is consistently and securely maintained.
  • Accurately and consistently processing invoices and payments, Accounts Payable using Xero.
  • Overseeing and tracking of ongoing projects requiring a keen eye for detail and accuracy in work.
  • Organised and able to coordinate meetings, travel, and accommodation.
  • Communicating and collaborating effectively with clients, suppliers, and across teams requiring clear, concise, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable, with the ability to work on a varied range of related duties on a daily/weekly basis to meet ongoing milestones and deadlines.
  • Calm, persuasive, able to work independently, resolve discrepancies, and scheduling to meet project requirements.

Details:

  • Full Time
  • Hybrid working: Ideally 3/4 days on-site to include Tuesday and Thursday.
  • Occasional travel to client sites.
  • Location: Hindhead, Surrey.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm (1 hour for lunch).
  • Salary: £32,000 - £36,000, depending on experience.
  • Free Parking.
  • 25 days hols (+Bank Holidays).
