PRS Project Manager – Drive Change and Deliver Better Outcomes

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for improving services and delivering change? As a PRS Project Manager, you'll play a key role in establishing and supporting our new Non-Core Lettings Team, ensuring robust processes, governance and reporting are embedded from day one.

Working across teams including Operations, Finance, Governance and IT, you'll lead transition projects, drive service improvements and support initiatives that maximise income and improve the performance of our non-core housing portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the transition of non-core lettings activity into a dedicated team, ensuring a smooth and compliant handover.
  • Develop and implement processes, governance frameworks and performance reporting to support service delivery.
  • Manage projects focused on income generation, tenure conversion and service improvement initiatives.
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to deliver change, improve efficiency and enhance customer experience.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience delivering project or programme management within housing, property or a similar operational environment.
  • Strong experience of change management, process improvement and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, reporting and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience managing multiple priorities.

Desirable

  • Experience working with PRS, Intermediate Market Rent or other non-core housing tenures.
  • Knowledge of performance reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • A recognised project management qualification (PRINCE2, Agile, APM or equivalent).

This role will work closely with the PRS Lettings & Voids Manager and stakeholders across the organisation to support the successful transition and ongoing development of Peabody's non-core lettings services.
