Project Manager
We are working with a leading international architecture and design practice with a strong reputation for delivering innovative, high-quality projects across the global built environment.
They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team, working across a diverse portfolio of international hospitality, retail and mixed-use projects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in design-led project management who is confident managing teams, clients, consultants and projects from early design stages through to delivery.
The role offers hybrid working, strong opportunities for leadership and career progression, as well as the potential for longer-term movement into the commercial side of the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects across multiple design stages, from schematic design through to construction and implementation.
- Coordinate internal teams, external consultants and key stakeholders.
- Develop project programmes, budgets, timelines and resource plans.
- Manage project delivery, ensuring projects remain on programme and within budget.
- Act as a key client contact, providing clear communication and regular project reporting.
- Identify and manage project risks, scope changes and potential delays.
- Monitor project progress and implement changes where required.
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Manage contracts, scope and project requirements, identifying any gaps or scope creep.
- Support project close-out and review lessons learned to improve future delivery.

- Proven experience working in project management within architecture, design or the built environment.
- Experience delivering projects across sectors such as hospitality, retail, mixed-use or branded environments.
- Strong understanding of the design and project delivery process from concept through to construction.
- Excellent client liaison, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident working independently, managing your own workload and working to tight deadlines.
- Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of contracts, scope, budgets and project risk.
- A proactive, strategic and collaborative approach to project delivery.
- Arabic-speaking would be a bonus, particularly given the international nature of the projects.
