Project Execution and Monitoring

• Lead project teams, comprising of EUC, Cloud and Infrastructure, and SecOps Engineers as well as Network and Voice Engineers, and other IT professionals.
• Coordinate tasks, assign responsibilities, set expectations, and ensure tasks are being completed.
• Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques (e.g., project dashboards, project cards, SharePoint site, etc.).
• Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.

Communication and Stakeholder Management

• Regularly communicate project status, updates, and progress to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to keep all parties informed and engaged.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their involvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Implement risk management processes to monitor and control risk factors continuously.
• Prepare contingency plans to handle unexpected challenges that may arise during the project.
• Escalate to project owner/sponsor when needed.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Implement quality control processes to monitor the quality of work throughout the project.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.

Project Closure

• Conduct project evaluations and assessments at the end of each project phase.
• Compile comprehensive project reports that include lessons learned, success factors, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure that all project documentation is completed and properly archived.
• Facilitate post-project reviews and feedback sessions with team members and stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
• Proficiency in presentation and communication skills using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Office products, and Co-Pilot.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations.

Managerial Skills

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address project challenges effectively.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Additional certifications in Agile, Scrum, or other relevant methodologies are a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the IT sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience working with cross-functional global teams and managing remote or distributed teams.
