Maxwell Bond have partnered with a financial services organisation who are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join one of their biggest programmes of work to date.
The organisation is currently undertaking a major core modernisation programme, including the rebuild of its savings proposition. They are looking for a Project Manager to proactively help bring a key project back on track and ensure the right governance, controls and delivery structure are in place.

As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale change project, working closely with business and technology stakeholders to manage delivery, risks, dependencies and governance. You'll be someone who is comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting into the detail, whilst also ensuring the appropriate governance is in place across areas such as RAID, decision logs, reporting and project controls.
Proven experience as a Project Manager:
- Minimum 3 years' Project Management experience, ideally delivering large-scale change programmes.
- Proven track record of managing large, complex projects within dynamic organisations.
- Strong experience managing project timelines, risks, dependencies and governance.
- Financial services, banking or savings experience would be beneficial, but is not essential.
