Position Summary
This position will primarily support Uniguest Enterprise AV Solutions. In this role you will be responsible for managing project delivery from initiation through to completion, coordinating internal resources, third-party partners, and customer stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard. The role works closely with Technical Services, Sales, Development, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. In addition to Enterprise AV projects, you may be required to support deployments and initiatives across the wider Uniguest product portfolio as business needs dictate.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Customer Onboarding
- Manage the successful onboarding of customers and AV integration partners at the start of each project.
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Clearly communicate project objectives, processes, timelines, responsibilities, and expectations to all stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are achieved on schedule.
- Coordinate all professional services included within the project scope.
Professional Services Coordination
- Facilitate project kick-off meetings.
- Produce and distribute clear, accurate meeting minutes and action logs.
- Create and maintain Scope of Work (SOW) documentation and project deliverables.
- Coordinate site visits and activities performed by Technical Services engineers.
- Track installation progress and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Capture, manage and follow up on post-installation snagging and remedial actions.
- Ensure successful project handover and sign-off upon completion.
Pre-Deployment & Technical Coordination
- Gather, document, and validate all pre-deployment requirements.
- Work with customers and partners to ensure site readiness prior to system deployment.
- Facilitate discussions regarding system integrations and technical requirements between customers, AV partners, and internal technical teams.
- Escalate technical concerns appropriately and coordinate resolution through the Technical Services team.
- Support installation planning and execution while acting as a central escalation point throughout delivery.
- Identify gaps in customer-facing and internal project documentation and drive improvements.

Customer Training & Support
- Coordinate and deliver customer and partner training sessions as required.
- Ensure users are equipped with the knowledge and resources necessary for successful adoption of Uniguest solutions.
- Provide ongoing project-related communication and stakeholder updates throughout the implementation process.
Relationship Management
- Build strong working relationships with customers, AV partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Proactively manage customer expectations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support the successful delivery of projects to encourage customer retention, expansion opportunities, and repeat business.
Travel as required to support strategic customer deployments, key installations, project escalations, training activities, and other business needs.
Experience & Skills
- Experience with IPTV solutions and associated network infrastructure.
- Knowledge of digital signage platforms and deployments.
- Strong understanding of audio visual (AV) technologies and industry practices.
- Experience working with enterprise technology implementations.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Process-driven with a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- Attention to detail with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and drive teams towards shared deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident presenter, capable of delivering customer-facing sessions and project updates.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and de-escalation skills.
- Adaptable and flexible in approach when working with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to identify risks early and proactively implement mitigation plans.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

- Project Management / PMO Certification is desirable.
