West Midlands c£75,000 + bonus + benefits
This is a client-side Project Management role for a QS trained (preferred) or commercially minded PM with experience managing complex building projects in the £2-10m value range.
The role is broad based, and involvement will start with the sales team pre-contract discussions and continue through design, procurement, offsite construction activities, followed by site install and commissioning.
We are looking for candidates with skills/experience including;
- Relevant qualifications, preferably a degree in Quantity Surveying / Project Management.
- A minimum of 10 years post qualification experience, at least 5 of which must be in client-side PM roles working either for a client organisation or a PM/Cost consultancy.
- Be capable of taking full responsibility for project delivery from initial order to handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to agreed quality standards.
- Experience of extensive project management and reporting, continued improvement and stakeholder engagement.
- Willing to be mobile and travel regularly, including overnight stays, since projects can be United Kingdom wide.

Working within a small, cohesive team, this position reports directly to the MD of the business and will therefore be an important, high-profile appointment internally. It will also provide the person appointed with excellent wider “business management” experience.
