Lead RFPs, Commercial Strategy and Project Delivery for a Luxury Wellness Consultancy

Position

This is a key position for an experienced Project Manager / Head of Projects to oversee the project process across a growing luxury wellness and design consultancy, from RFP and proposal stage through to appointment, mobilisation and delivery.

Working closely with the Founder, you will take ownership of opportunities once brought into the studio, coordinating RFPs, fee proposals, programmes and resources across strategy, creative/design and commercial teams. Once appointed, you will oversee project mobilisation, resourcing, workflows and key deadlines, ensuring teams continue to deliver against the agreed scope and programme.

The role also has a strong commercial focus, with responsibility for reviewing project fees, costs and margins to inform future proposals and resource planning, alongside coordinating contracts with legal.

Candidate

The successful candidate will be a commercially minded Project Manager with strong experience within architecture, interior design, hospitality or a related creative environment.

  • Strong understanding of RIBA Stages 1–5
  • Experience managing RFPs, proposals, fee submissions and project programmes
  • Commercial understanding of scope, fees, resources and project profitability
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work at pace
  • Proactive and tenacious, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • Confident coordinating multiple teams, projects and deadlines
  • Strong communicator, comfortable working across senior leadership, clients, creative, finance and legal teams
