Demolition Project Manager
Demolition Project Manager required to join demolition contractor for projects covering the south area.
The Demolition Project Manager will ideally have a CCDO ticket, SMSTS, etc. and come from a demolition background/experience.

- Overseeing site team
- Overseeing trades/subcontractors
- Dealing with health and safety

- Commercially aware
- Ensuring project delivery on time within budget and necessary paperwork
- Overseeing a small gang of operatives including machine drivers, strip works, ripping out internals, sorting demolition debris, assisting trades on site, and any other associated tasks.
