Digital Project Manager – Nottingham

Looking for your next long-term career move in digital project management?

We’re recruiting a Digital Project Manager to join a successful, privately owned Nottingham business with more than 30 years of established growth and an impressive international client base.

This is an opportunity to build a genuine long-term career within an organisation that combines the stability and personal culture of an established independent business with the scale and variety of working internationally.

You’ll take ownership of a varied portfolio of digital learning, software, animation and technology projects, working with major organisations and recognised brands across a range of international markets.

The role

As Digital Project Manager, you’ll manage projects from initial discovery through to final delivery and launch. You’ll coordinate internal creative and technical teams, manage client relationships and ensure projects are delivered successfully against agreed timescales and budgets.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple digital and technology projects of varying size and complexity
  • Coordinating discovery, content, scripting, visual design, development, testing and launch
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and confidently leading project meetings
  • Managing project plans, budgets, timescales and delivery
  • Identifying risks and resolving issues before they impact delivery
  • Working closely with technical, creative and design teams
  • Taking genuine ownership of projects and ensuring both clients and internal teams feel they are in safe hands
  • Helping teams challenge ideas and push creative boundaries

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
