A leading super-prime residential main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of some of London's most prestigious residential refurbishment and new-build projects.
With an outstanding reputation for craftsmanship and technical excellence, the business specialises in bespoke luxury homes for private clients, working alongside world-renowned architects and interior designers. Projects are delivered through a highly skilled in-house team and trusted specialist supply chain, with quality and client service at the forefront of everything they do.
You will take full responsibility for delivering one flagship project from pre-construction through to completion and handover. Projects typically range from £5m–£20m+ and include complex structural alterations, basement construction, listed buildings, complete internal reconfigurations, and exceptional bespoke finishes.
You will be the key point of contact for the client, consultants, and commercial team, ensuring every aspect of the build is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the exceptionally high standards expected on super-prime developments.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
