Project Manager
North East | Up to £85,000 Package (Including Car Allowance)
A growing and well-established main contractor is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join its expanding team in the North East.
With a strong pipeline of secured work, you'll play a key role in delivering a range of major commercial construction schemes, including a flagship £25m new-build hotel development. The business continues to secure repeat work across both new build and refurbishment sectors, providing long-term stability and career progression.

The Role
- Manage projects from pre-construction through to handover
- Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Drive programme, quality, and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Project Manager
- Proven track record delivering commercial new-build projects
- Steel frame construction experience would be advantageous
- Hotel project experience would be beneficial
- Some civils and groundworks knowledge is desirable
- Strong leadership and client-facing skills
