Role: Project Manager – Cyber Security
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Location: London, UK (Hybrid 2-3 days/week)
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of key Cyber Security projects within a highly regulated financial services environment. This role will involve managing strategic security initiatives across multiple workstreams, with a focus on CyberArk, Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Penetration Testing programmes.
The successful candidate will bring strong project delivery and stakeholder management experience, together with a solid understanding of cyber security, risk, governance and regulatory requirements within financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cyber security projects across multiple workstreams.
- Develop and manage project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Work closely with Technology, Cyber Security, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams, as well as external vendors.
- Track project progress, proactively identify risks and issues, and manage mitigation and escalation.
- Maintain project governance including RAID logs, status reports, budget forecasts, and steering committee materials.
- Oversee testing, validation, deployment, and transition into business-as-usual support.
- Provide clear and regular project reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure projects follow established project management, governance, and change management processes.

Key Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within financial services.
- Strong understanding of Cyber Security, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience delivering technology or security projects in a regulated environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and technology vendors.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
- PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent project management certification would be advantageous.

Desirable Experience
- CyberArk project delivery.
- Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM).
- Managing Penetration Testing programmes.
- Cyber security transformation or regulatory-driven security initiatives.
