Project Manager - 12 Month FTC
Lewes | Hybrid Working (2 days per week on site) | Up to £54,000
LHH are delighted to be partnering with a respected organisation to recruit a Project Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy change function delivering a portfolio of strategic business and digital transformation projects that support operational excellence and long-term organisational objectives.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in delivering complex projects across the full project lifecycle. The successful candidate will work with senior stakeholders, project teams, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of business change, digital, and operational improvement projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, project documentation, and governance reporting.
- Manage project budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders at all levels.
- Provide regular project updates, reporting, and recommendations to programme boards and senior leadership teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with recognised project management methodologies and best practice.
- Support organisational change initiatives and drive successful adoption of project outcomes.
About You
- Proven experience delivering complex projects within a structured project environment.
- Strong knowledge of business change and digital transformation programmes.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across large or complex organisations.
- Familiar with methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience of change management within the Public Sector would be highly advantageous.
- PRINCE2 qualification or equivalent project management experience preferred.
