Project (Program) Manager
The Fluke Program Management Office is seeking a Project (Program) Manager to drive business growth by applying program management skills. The role requires a person who is comfortable communicating at all levels of the organization, in managing conflict and tradeoffs and enabling cross-functional clarity and execution.
Requirements

- Experience creating and maintaining project schedules, action plans, issue trackers, and risk registers to drive successful program execution.
- Proven ability to identify risks, resolve blockers, drive countermeasures, and lead teams through changing priorities and complex business challenges.
- Experience managing project budgets and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support program objectives and leadership reporting.
- Strong knowledge of the product lifecycle and product development processes is desirable.
- Knowledge of PLM systems such as Oracle, eMatrix/Enovia, or similar tools is preferred.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
