What You Will Do
- Own the successful delivery of complex healthcare data and evidence generation projects.
- Drive governance, reporting, change management, and project execution from kick-off to completion.
- Act as the primary contact for customers, coordinating internal teams and external partners.
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and project governance to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate across scientific, technical, and operational teams to bring projects to life.
- Support continuous improvement of PMO processes and delivery practices.

Your Team Will Include
- PMO, data, and technology experts.
- Pharmaceutical and research partners.
Your Roadmap in This Role
Within 6 Months
- Build trusted relationships with customers, data partners, and internal delivery teams.
- Successfully lead assigned projects through key milestones and governance reviews.
- Establish effective risk, issue, and change management practices across your project portfolio.
- Become a trusted point of contact for customer delivery activities.
Within a Year
- Own delivery for multiple customer projects with strong customer satisfaction and predictable delivery outcomes.
- Contribute to strengthening BC Platforms' evidence-generation delivery capabilities.
- Support improvements to PMO processes, templates, and delivery methodologies.
- Help scale the organisation's ability to deliver complex RWD programmes globally.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- 5+ years of project management experience in life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceutical, research, healthcare technology, or related industries.
- Proven experience leading customer-facing projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.

You’ll Stand Out If You Have
- Experience managing real-world data (RWD) or real-world evidence (RWE) projects or eClinical projects.
- Understanding of GDPR, HIPAA, or other healthcare privacy regulations.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
- Knowledge of healthcare data ecosystems and evidence generation processes.
