Role Overview
This role is based in Clydebank and focuses on managing repairs and maintenance projects. You'll coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, helping keep operations running smoothly.

Description
- Plan and oversee repairs and maintenance projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and progress.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Profile
- Previous experience in a repairs, maintenance, construction, or contracts management role.
- Experience pricing and invoicing works using Schedule of Rates (SOR) codes.
- Good knowledge of landscaping and fencing works, including palisade fencing.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
- Accurate typing and data entry skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Professional and confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, project managers, suppliers, and operatives.
- Full UK Driving Licence.

Job Offer
- Salary between £36,000 and £44,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Permanent contract with job stability.
