Project Manager | High-End Private Residential Projects | North-West London

Are you looking for a role where you can take ownership of exceptional residential projects while working in a collaborative and design-focused environment?

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Project Manager to join a highly regarded residential architecture and interiors practice specialising in bespoke private homes, luxury refurbishments and high-end residential developments across London. This position would suit someone from a developer, main contractor or client-side background who enjoys managing projects from inception through to completion and is looking for a role with greater involvement, responsibility and client exposure. Working closely with homeowners, architects, consultants and specialist contractors, you'll play a key role in delivering beautifully crafted homes while helping to ensure projects run smoothly, remain on programme and are delivered to the highest possible standard. The projects are often complex and highly bespoke, requiring excellent coordination, communication and attention to detail, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys the challenges and rewards that come with high-end residential delivery.

The Role

The Project Manager will oversee multiple private residential projects, acting as the key point of contact between clients, consultants, contractors and the wider project team. Working closely with architects and designers, the role involves managing programmes, coordinating project stakeholders, monitoring budgets and supporting the successful delivery of projects from planning through to handover. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the detail and complexity of high-end residential projects and wants to work in a client-focused environment where quality and design are at the heart of every project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of bespoke private residential projects from inception through to completion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project programmes, resources and delivery strategies.
  • Monitor project budgets, risks and overall project performance.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams throughout the design and construction process.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Support procurement and contractor appointment processes.
  • Review project progress and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout delivery.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Previous Project Management experience within a developer, main contractor or client-side environment.
  • Proven experience delivering high-end private residential projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction and project delivery processes.
  • Experience managing consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Experience managing project programmes, budgets and reporting.
  • Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
  • A professional and proactive approach to project delivery.
