Role Overview
The role of the Project Manager Resin Flooring will involve:
- Managing the delivery of multiple resin and industrial flooring projects across the UK.
- Coordinating site teams, labour, materials, plant, and subcontractors to keep projects on programme.
- Overseeing site operations, ensuring quality, health & safety, and client requirements are met.
- Monitoring project progress, costs, and performance, resolving issues, and managing variations where required.
- Liaising with clients, principal contractors, and internal teams from mobilisation through to project completion.
Ideal Applicant
The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager Resin Flooring with:
- Experience in a project manager or site manager role.
- Experience in resin flooring, epoxy flooring, industrial flooring, screeding, concrete preparation, specialist coatings, etc.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels.
- Confidence and articulateness.
