Location: London, England, United Kingdom

About the Company
Neve Jewels is a luxury retail group with a strong presence across diamond and jewellery brands, focused on creating premium customer experiences through beautifully designed stores and high-quality service. The business operates in the retail sector from its London headquarters and serves customers through a portfolio of branded websites and retail experiences. This role supports the company’s vision to celebrate every life’s unique stories by shaping the physical environments where customers discover, compare, and purchase fine jewellery. The Project Manager will help translate brand standards into store spaces that are elegant, consistent, and operationally ready. Success in this role means delivering locations that reflect the brand, protect budget and timeline discipline, and support smooth openings across the retail estate.
About the Role
This role owns the delivery of luxury retail store design, construction, renovation, and fit-out projects from concept through handover. The focus is on turning brand direction into stores that are delivered on time, on budget, and to the quality standards expected in a premium jewellery environment. The Project Manager will coordinate designers, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, while keeping tight control of cost, compliance, and execution risk. The role is accountable for store opening readiness, defect minimisation, and consistent execution across locations. It suits someone who can balance design sensitivity with disciplined project control, and who understands how physical retail environments influence customer experience, operational readiness, and brand perception.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end retail store projects, including new openings, renovations, and refurbishments, so each location is delivered to the approved standard and timeline.
- Translate management and creative direction into executable store plans, ensuring design decisions protect brand identity, customer experience, and luxury retail expectations.
- Coordinate architects, interior designers, contractors, suppliers, and mall management to keep workstreams aligned and remove delivery bottlenecks before they affect launch dates.
- Own project plans, budgets, schedules, and procurement activity, using clear controls to keep spend, timing, and scope within approved limits.
- Monitor construction progress through site visits, quality checks, and issue tracking, ensuring defects, delays, and workmanship risks are identified early and resolved fast.
- Manage quotations, purchase orders, documentation, permits, and approvals, so projects remain audit-ready, compliant, and operationally ready for handover.
- Source and oversee materials, fixtures, lighting, showcases, furniture, and finishes suitable for a high-end jewellery environment, without compromising quality or consistency.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage supplier performance to improve value while maintaining the premium standards expected across all retail locations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
