Project Manager – Resin Flooring

Job Title:

Project Manager – Resin Flooring

Office Location:

Coventry or Leeds (covering projects nationally)

Remuneration:

£52,000 - £57,500 + bonus

The role of the Project Manager – Resin Flooring will involve:

  • Project Manager position dealing with resin flooring packages across the industrial and commercial sectors.
  • Manage the delivery of multiple resin and industrial flooring projects across the UK.
  • Coordinate site teams, labour, materials, plant, and subcontractors to keep projects on programme.
  • Oversee site operations, ensuring quality, health & safety, and client requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress, costs, and performance, resolving issues and managing variations where required.
  • Liaise with clients, principal contractors, and internal teams from mobilisation through to project completion.

The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager – Resin Flooring with:

  • Must have experience in a project manager or site manager role.
  • Must have experience in resin flooring, epoxy flooring, industrial flooring, screeding, concrete preparation, specialist coatings, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels.
  • Confident and articulate.
