Job Description
Project Manager | New Product Introduction (NPI)
Aerospace Backgrounds Welcome
Camberley | Aerospace, Defence & Nuclear | Up to £70,000
Lead Challenging Projects from Concept to Delivery
We're an established and growing engineering business delivering bespoke safety-critical instrumentation products into highly regulated industries. Having achieved over 20% growth in each of the last three years, we're investing in the next stage of our journey and are looking for a talented Project Manager to help deliver it.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), product development or project delivery who is looking for greater ownership, increased responsibility and career progression.
Many of the challenges faced in this role mirror those found in aerospace NPI environments: translating customer requirements into deliverable solutions, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, mitigating risk and driving products successfully through to manufacture and delivery.
This is not a reporting role. You will be accountable for delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
