How you'll make an impact as a Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering business transformation projects in a corporate environment and looking to join a growing pan-European business? We're looking for a commercially focused Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across the business, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and deliver measurable value. You'll play a key role in driving change, improving processes, and delivering projects that support the continued growth and success of SNAP.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead projects from initiation through to successful completion.
  • Manage project scope, budgets, resources, risks, governance, and reporting.
  • Deliver business transformation projects that create measurable business value.
  • Drive business process mapping, process improvement, and operational efficiencies using Lean/Six Sigma principles.
  • Oversee financial management, budgeting, cost control, and KPI reporting.
  • Conduct business analysis and requirements gathering to support project delivery.
  • Manage procurement activities and supplier contracts where required.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and build strong relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, presentations, and negotiations to achieve project objectives.
  • Coach project teams and influence stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

What we'll need from you

  • Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects within a commercial environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the business.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, commercially focused organisations.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems.
  • Commercially minded, highly organised, and results driven.
  • An excellent communicator who is collaborative, customer-focused, analytical, and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • PRINCE2, APM, PMP, or equivalent qualification would be advantageous.
