Job Title
Drive service and digital change by leading projects that deliver meaningful improvements for patients, staff, and services.
About the Role
This is a Project Manager role focused on planning, coordinating, and delivering change initiatives across a range of digital projects. You will work closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully, meeting agreed objectives, timescales, quality standards, and budgets.
You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to implementation, benefits realisation, and review. The role centres on project governance, risk and issue management, and ensuring that project outcomes align with digital and organisational priorities and objectives.
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, experience of managing complex projects, and the ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to change initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure projects deliver agreed outcomes to the required quality standards, within approved timescales and budgets.
- Develop, implement, and maintain project plans, monitor progress against key milestones, and adapt delivery plans in response to changing priorities or requirements.
- Lead the day-to-day management of projects, coordinating resources, implementing appropriate project controls, and providing advice and recommendations to the Project Sponsor on changes to scope, budgets, schedules, and project specifications to support successful project delivery.
- Work with the Digital Product team assisting in key product deliverables to the services and trust.
