Position Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead stakeholder review cadence of key strategic initiatives to highlight progress, foster teaming, identify risks, issues, and concerns, and drive resolution.
  • Work with teams on principles, tools, and best practices of program and project management.
  • Develop metrics to measure, monitor, and report progress of programs and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify areas for continual improvement in process and execution.
  • Monitor project resource demand and capacity, highlighting areas of concern.
  • Communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to cross-functional project teams to gain buy-in and delivery to project schedules.
  • Report to key executive sponsors, stakeholders, and team members on program/project status, progress, and risk, including continually managing project expectations, etc.

  • Project and program leadership experience, with emphasis in visible technology programs that include senior stakeholders. Ability to manage remotely a must.
  • Independent leader who can work effectively on their own and within a team, integrate knowledge, and build internal networks for success.
  • Strong background in project methodologies including agile, waterfall, and hybrid.
  • Apply best practices in program and project management methods, associated tools, and techniques in a hybrid (waterfall/agile) program environment.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with acute attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability balanced with sound business judgment.
  • Skilled in MS Office, Teams, and Project toolsets to create meaningful management information, presentations, reports, etc. Confident in the use and understanding of a broad range of enterprise tools. Mural, other visualization tools, and advanced Excel a plus.
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and experience in process definition and mapping.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional people skills - Ability to build strong relationships and rapport and work with people at all levels to understand and solve problems; overcome obstacles.
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet desired deadlines.
