Role Description
This is a full-time remote Project Manager role. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital and operational projects, ensuring they align with client objectives and company standards.

Daily responsibilities include:
- Defining project scope, timelines, and milestones;
- Coordinating cross-functional teams such as development, marketing, and operations;
- Monitoring progress to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
The role involves managing communication with clients, gathering requirements, translating business needs into actionable tasks, and providing regular status updates and documentation. The Project Manager will also identify risks, resolve issues, optimize workflows, and support continuous improvement across projects to achieve measurable results.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including project planning, coordination, and delivery.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to manage resources, schedules, and dependencies effectively.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review outputs, verify quality, and maintain compliance with requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across remote, cross-functional teams.
- Experience in digital projects (web, mobile, or digital marketing) and process optimization.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
